What payment methods do you accept?

At Globalbiz2000 you can checkout only by using Paypal.

How secure is my order?

When you purchase online with your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our server.

Where is my order shipped from?

It depends on where the manufacturer or distributor is located. Most orders are shipped from China, UK or USA.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and shipped the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

How can I track my order?

We will email you your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. You will usually receive your tracking number the day after your order has been shipped.

I changed my mind, can I return my newly purchased item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt mentioning your order number at

Our customer service team will review your return request and send you further instructions if your return is approved. Please see our return policy. Important: All returns must be in original condition and with packaging intact.
