Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the time you receive your product, if you are not happy with it for any reason attributable to us, to ensure the best possible experience. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns after the 14-day period from receipt of the goods, so please contact us as soon as possible and you will receive a refund or replacement if requested.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or special promotion items.
How to return an item?
Simply fill out our contact form or email us at admin@globalbiz2000.c0m with your order number.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
Defective Items or Damaged on Arrival
If you have received faulty, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include your order number, photographs of the items and any references relating to receipt of your parcel and, in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!
Order Changes
Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched. Please double check your information before sending your order to us. We cannot make any changes once your parcel has left our warehouse.
